1. Agreement
By creating an account or using aiencyclovia.org you agree to these terms. This document is placeholder text pending review by our legal counsel.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Every registered member is a learner by default; educator access is granted only after review and approval.
3. Courses, trainings and certificates
Course content, schedules and venues may change. Certificates are issued only when the stated requirements are met, and we may withdraw a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or academic dishonesty.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged through our payment processor, Paystack. Unless stated otherwise for a specific programme, paid enrolments may be refunded if requested before the programme starts or within the published refund window.
5. Educators and payouts
Educators must hold the rights to the material they publish, teach the content they advertise, and supply the verification and bank details needed for payouts. Payout amounts, platform fees and schedules are set out in the educator agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share your account, copy or redistribute course material, disrupt the platform, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass other members, or attempt to bypass access controls or payment.
7. AI tools
Our AI assistant and learning adviser provide guidance based on our own catalogue. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Use your judgement before acting on them.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding and software remain the property of AI Encyclovia or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time; some records are kept where the law or certificate verification requires it.
10. Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
